This reminds me of an article that I read last week about a supposed deal that the U.S. has with Brazil to relocate people in the event of a Yellowstone super-volcano eruption.
South Africa was offered billions of dollars to build housing, just in case. The leaders refused on the grounds that a mass migration of "White Americans" would adversely affect the culture and demographic balance. Could you imagine leaders of any White majority saying that?

To me, the key term is "chasing down."
That needs to be emphasized:

I tried a new phrase that I saw a couple of days ago.
